People of Closedbox : Grandbazaar

While the shopping centers which occurred as the response of todays’ consuming are opening fastly and immediately changing their function; Grandbazaar that constructed 500 years ago, still continue its belonging in urban space and gives an active service. So is the Grand Bazaar still attractive due to only its historical characteristics? Or does it give answer to today's requirements? Is it the spirit of the place that makes it different or is it its impression among people or craftsmen? Based on these questions the Grand Bazaar's users' profiles are analyzed. The users are divided into three groups as craftsmen, locals and tourists and the questions that related to each group are prepared. The “Kapalıçarşı; Kapalıkutu’nun İnsanları/ People of Closedbox; Grandbazaar short movie is obtained by the collages of interviews that record on the Grand Bazaar.
